Shivangi Joshi REPLACED from Ekta Kapoor’s upcoming show opposite Harshad Chopda: REPORTS

Ace producer Ekta Kapoor is coming with a series of romantic dramas for Sony TV, reports of which have been floating across the internet for quite some time now. While there have been weverak names that have been associated with the shows, one named that got everyone excited was that of Shivangi Joshi.

According to media reports, Shivangi was roped in opposite Harshad Chopda to essay the titular role in Ekta Kapoor’s next on Sony TV. However, now, the tables have turned. According to a report in SBS, ABP news, Shivangi is no longer a part of the show. Reports suggest that the actor never heard back from the production house which hinted at her drop out from the show. According to the news channel, the production is now on the look out for another face opposite Harshad in the show.

Names of Disha Parmar and Pranali Rathod are being considered by the channel, reports further suggest. While we await clarity on the same, earlier, reports of Karan Patel and Divyanka Tripathi being roped in for the same show were at the peak. However, Divyanka dropped out of the show, and looks like, Karan too is no longer going to be a part of the said show.

For the uninformed, Shivangi’s last daily soap Barsatein received widespread love from the viewers and went ahead to be one of the most loved shows on the channel. It was produced by Ekta Kapoor under the banner of Balaji Telefilms. It was during this show that Shivangi and Kushal were rumoured to have developed feelings for each other. The couple is also believed to be in a relationship now.
