Shivangi & I enjoyed observing their performances: Kushal Tandon on Ayushmaan & Ananya's integration shoot

Sony Entertainment Television’s ‘Barsatein Mausam Pyaar Ka’ has captivated audiences with its fast-paced narrative of a stormy romance drama. Highlighting the journey between the quintessential heartbreaker Reyansh Lamba (Kushal Tandon) and the righteous Aradhana Sahni (Shivangi Joshi), this riveting story sees two strong-willed individuals entrapped in a complex web of emotion. The current storyline sees Aradhana reach Dehradun in the quest of finding her biological mother. While helping her friend Beena with her bakery, Aradhana unknowingly comes across Malini Khanna (Nausheen Ali Sardar), or Mimi, who is her birth mother. Adding to the drama in Aradhana’s life, Reyansh also comes to Dehradhun, as he wants to apologize to her and rekindle their relationship. 

In the upcoming episodes, viewers will witness a filmy twist as Ayushmann Khurrana and Ananya Panday from Dream Girl 2 will make a special appearance in the show, amping up the drama quotient. While the Khanna family is preparing for the wedding of Kimaya and Angad, Kirti informs everyone that her friend Ananya Panday is in Dehradun to promote her upcoming film Dream Girl 2. For the same, Kirti invites Ananya and Ayushman for the wedding festivities. As a result, both Ananya and Ayushmann come to the Khanna residence and meet everyone. During the celebration, Reyansh and Aradhana try to make each other jealous by flirting with Ananya and Ayushman, who sense there is more than meets the eye. The duo then adds a twist by trying to bring Reyansh and Aradhana together.  

Kushal Tandon, who recently shot the episode, shared his experience of working alongside Ayushmann Khurrana and Ananya Panday for an enjoyable cameo, saying, "Having Ayushmann and Ananya on the set was an absolute delight and sharing screenspace with them was a great experience. They radiate so much warmth; we had conversations about various topics like work, life, and more, and it felt like we had known each other from before, with no trace of any awkwardness. Shivangi and I thoroughly enjoyed observing their performances. We share a similar entertainment background, so it was fascinating to witness them in action. Ayushmann's familiarity with television was evident – he was well-versed with the camera and Ananya exudes so much positivity. We're sending them our best wishes for their film, and I hope our viewers will adore their on-screen chemistry just as much as they adore ours. Believe me, their enchanting connection will shine in the upcoming Barsaatein episode too."
