Shashank Sethi clears the air..

Shashank Sethi who plays the role of Keshav in Zee TV's Choti Bahu, produced by DJ's Creative Unit is pretty livid with the recent media reports that indicated that he is head over heels in love with the leading lady, Rubina Dilaik.

According to recent reports, "Shashank lost his role in the show due to his ever growing closeness with Rubina, which eventually affected his performance. However, another known fact amongst the unit members is the blossoming love story of Rubina and Avinash Sachdev".

We talked to Shashank who tries his best to clear the air. "Yes, I have read reports that said I am seeing Rubina. But the fact is that I am pretty much single, and am not seeing anyone. I am concentrating on my work alone, and am very friendly with all my co-actors on the sets, including Rubina. But this does not mean that anyone can spread false stories at their own whim and fancy".

We had earlier reported that Shashank will be replaced by Vishal Singh in Choti Bahu. The replacement though confirmed, has not happened till now due to reasons known only to the production house and channel. On this, Shashank states, "I still continue to shoot for the show; so I am not aware of a replacement being finalized".

According to our source, Vishal Singh has actually signed on the dotted lines for this role, but is still kept waiting. We tried calling the actor to know the status, but he remained unavailable for comments.
