Shakti... Astitva Ke Ehsaas Kii's BIG Revelation- Way too mellow!

Shakti... Astitva Ke Ehsaas Kii is a show that has been creating a strong buzz for a while now. All credit goes to the suspense that the team had been struggling to keep a secret. Although the spoilers were out weeks before the telecast, we were still excited to see how the show would unveil its major revelation. We were a little disappointed as after expecting an Atom Bomb dhamaka, all we got was a Phooljhadi!

The episode begins with the usual sweet-sister bonding where Surbhi is getting Soumya all decked up so that she can impress her husband Harman. Romance has already started to bloom between Soumya and Harman, who also wants to consummate his marriage. But Nimmi, Soumya's mother is acting as an obstruction. She is basically Putting a halt on Harman's 'Raging Hormones!'

Then comes the cliche Chit tied to a stone sequence where Soumya is summoned to the temple. She thinks its Harman, who has called her there but the chit is actually sent by the Kinnars. The Kinnars tell her that she is one of them and Soumya is shocked!

The leader of the kinnars, goes on to tell Soumya, how the society treats people like them differently and also that they are not easily accepted by the society. On the other hand, Nimmi reveals to Surbhi the reality, leaving her shocked. 

We can still agree that Soumya could have been ignorant from the fact that she is different from the others because her mother never allowed her to step out of the house, refraining her contact with the outer world...

But One thing that caught our attention was that when Soumya was told about her reality, she was shocked. We wonder, who explained her the meaning of the word 'Kinnar' to her?

The episode has raised a lot of unanswered questions. We were expecting the big revelation to be huge with a lot of drama but what we got instead was way too mellow. Let's see what happens in the upcoming episodes of Shakti... Astitva Ke Ehsaas Kii
