Shakti Arora POSTPONES wedding with Neha Saxena!

Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi, in lieu of a better future for the country, announced at the start of this month that Rs.500 and Rs.1000 notes will be withdrawn from the economy. This sudden announcement created havoc is everyone's lives.

And what after that, everyone was found standing outside a bank to exchange these denominations to run their household. To top it all, with November and December being the peak season for weddings, things got out of hand for people even more.

Actor Karan Sharma, who recently wed his longtime girlfriend Tiaara Kar a few days back, had to face a lot of issues as his father had withdrew money to be paid in advance to the wedding organizers just a week before PM Modi's demonetization move.

Bearing the brunt now is Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi actor Shakti Arora, who was all set to wed his longtime girlfriend Neha Saxena on the 15th of November. He had to postpone his wedding indefinitely. The wedding is obviously not happening now, said a report in a leading daily.

Shakti was quoted as saying that he withdrew the necessary amount of cash required to pay the caterers, staff and wedding organisers' advance, but now they are refusing to accept the old currency.

Shakti continued that it will take a long time to officially complete the procedure of exchange the old currency to the new one and sadly added that the wedding was not happening this year for sure.
