Shaheer Sheikh's parents want him to get HITCHED but THIS is what his HEART Wants...

Weddings are on a deluge in Bollywood and in our telly town too. While most of them are now hitched or are about to be, there are some who are still trying to duck in the pressure of parent to settle down. Yes, Shaheer Sheikh, who was seen essaying the role of Salim in the popular show, Salim Anarkali, is going through the same dilemma. 

In a heart to heart conversation with Bombay Ties, Shaheer was asked about his plans to marry and this is what he said. He told BT that his parents have tried everything, photos dikhaaye hain bahut baar, to get him to like a girl. He recalls that one time when he was out shopping with his sister, a girl met him at the mall, which was secretly arranged by his mom. While laughing hard he revealed that his parents, who are currently in Mumbai, have been breathing down his neck to settle down. They have vowed that they won't go back home until he gets married. 

Now he has to figure out something, and that too soon enough. He opines that he needs to know a girl before marrying her and he is currently not feeling like knowing anyone.He is not feeling it from within and if he gives in to the pressure, he might end up scarring lives. 

Talking about his past relationship when he felt marriage was on cards, he said that he felt it once in his life, which was a couple of years ago. Unfortunately, it wasn't meant to be. Love is the most beautiful feeling in the world. As he recalls, that phase was the best phase of his life as his world revolved around her.He is glad that he was able to live it and feel it. Very few people can feel so strongly about someone that it takes years for them to come out of it.  True that.
