"Secret behind my beauty and skin is partly genetic. I do not touch Mc Burgers. I do get into McDonalds. I do walk into KFC. If I feel like having French fries, I will go home and make potatoes fries for me because I think there are a lot of problems for obesity. I can guarantee that if people stopped eating fast food, they will not be obese as they are."

She further adds,

"The other thing of course is I eat well. I eat a lot of ghas-pus, a lot fruits. I work almost fourteen hours a day and I have no reason to work out of exercise. All of us sort off are living sedentary lives. But you just have to get up and say, either I take care of this or I decide I am going to a break and do things what you like rather than just sitting. The generation after me and the present generation has become much more sedentary. For example- kids do not have places to run around like we did when we were kids. Even in a city like Delhi, the amount of running or bicycling that we did is not possible now. Things have changed and unfortunately not for the better when all this is concerned. But I would just say, stay away from fast food."
