Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu, alias Sidhu Moose Wala, a Punjab singer-politician, was gunned down on Sunday evening in Jawaharke village, Mansa district, Punjab. The tragedy occurred a day after Punjab pulled 424 people's security, including Moose Wala. This action was conducted as part of the Bhagwant Mann administration's effort to combat VIP privilege.

Balkar Singh, Moose Wala's father, has filed an FIR with the Punjab Police Department, revealing that his son had been receiving death threats over the phone from various gangsters from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang.

Sidhu celebrated his birthday on 11th June, and today on his birthday, his fans, friends and family are reminiscing his memories. Popular Punjabi and Hindi Television actress Sargun Mehta took to Instagram and expressed her thoughts on Sidhu Moosewala.

Recalling a special gesture by Moosewala, Sargun wrote that once Sidhu crossed him coming out of a hotel. He didn’t see Mehta and left from the hotel and sat in his car and just then someone told him that Sargun entered the same hotel. Sidhu went all the way back just to say a ‘hello’ to Mehta. Sargun also mentioned that he repeatedly apologised for not noticing her before. Later, she met him on the sets of her movie ‘Qismat 2’ and he yet again apologized for the other day. Sargun was left thinking about the humility that the talented man had.

Quite amazing how hardly any of them even knew about his existence when he was alive and now after his death, they're all acting like he was their relative. People are funny!
