Sanjeeda Shaikh and Vatsal Sheth in Star Plus' Daag

Tellybuzz had earlier reported about Cinevistaas creating a new show for Star Plus, which was tentatively titled Daag. According to sources the show has now finalized it's lead. Sanjeeda Shaikh and actor Vatsal Sheth who is making his debut in TV will be seen in the show.

It was earlier reported that Chhavi Pandey would be a part of the show. When we contacted Chhavi Pandey to find about her decision to opt out of the show she said, "Talks about the show were going on but because of clash of dates and other projects in my hand, I am not doing the show now".

We contacted Sanjeeda Shaikh but the actress remained unavailable for comment.

We have heard that the pilot will be shot this month.

Happy and proud of Cinevistaas...! ! ! I was dying to watch Sanjeeda Shaikh ,hope its true Vatsal is goodlooking they can be a really good pair ...

PS: Varsal Seth has done Just Mohabbat when he was 19 and that was way back!! so Its NOT his debut show!!

Veera is at Pratigya slot, Khamoshiyan is replacing Ruk Jaana Nahi, dont knoe Daag and Saraswatichandra two new shows slot. There is a vacant slot at 11pm maybe its the slot for Daag
