Its been a while, since we saw the very adorable, and helpful in their own way duo of tinsel town - namely, Munnabhai, and his chum Circuit back on screen, with commendable wit and spontaneity that can make a dead man rise from his grave!

Apparently, there have been obstacles...

And that is because Sanjay Dutt, and his mentor, a.k.a Vidhu Vinod Chopra, have had a small tiff.

The two have been known to be greatest of friends; a bond for the sake of which Sanjay agreed to a minor role in Mission Kashmir, and also accepted the role of Munnabhai in blockbuster Munnabhai MBBS when SRK opted out of it.

But now, Vidhu is keen on casting a younger actor in the Munnabhai series. Director RajKumar Hirani though, thinks otherwise. He wants to continue with the successful pair of Dutt and Warsi as Munna and Circuit.

Creative differences between Sanjay and Vidhu have been named to blame. While accepting Sanjay and Arshad in the roles has been the obvious expectation of the audience, second thoughts on the part of the production has indeed caused some heat.

A resolution and final call on the matter is awaited, before commencing the new Munnabhai project.
