'Sanaa' starring Radhika Madan to premiere at International Film Festival of India

Earning accolades on the global stage for its captivating narrative and outstanding performances showcased at renowned film festivals like the Shanghai International Film Festival (SIFF), Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival, and the Santa Barbara International Film Festival, the critically praised film 'Sanaa,' directed by the talented Sudhanshu Saria and featuring Radhika Madan, has added another feather to its cap. This time, it has been selected to be featured at the International Film Festival of India 2023, further solidifying its position in the cinematic realm.

The 54th edition of the International Film Festival of India, set to take place in Goa from November 20th to 28th, is renowned for spotlighting the best in global cinema and offering a platform to filmmakers and artists worldwide. 'Sanaa' is scheduled to make its much-anticipated premiere at the festival on November 23rd, falling under the prestigious 'Indian Panorama' category. This significant event marks a milestone for the film's creators and cast, as 'Sanaa' has been officially invited by the Government of India to represent the country and captivate foreign audiences.

The distinguished personalities set to grace the premiere include Director Sudhanshu Saria, along with the stellar cast featuring Radhika Madan, Pooja Bhatt, Shikha Talsania, and Nikhil Khurana. 'Sanaa' delves into the sensitive subject of mental health trauma, narrating the tale of an ambitious woman grappling with internal turmoil stemming from unresolved trauma.

Expressing his gratitude for the film's inclusion in the International Film Festival of India 2023, Director Sudhanshu Saria shared, “Being selected by my government to represent the finest cinema being made this year is no ordinary honour, and the entire team was thrilled when we received the news.
