Samiksha Jaiswal: “I have evolved a lot—Both Professionally and Personally”:

Samiksha Jaiswal, who is currently seen as Gayatri Vajpayee in Ram Bhavan, believes that growth is a constant process in both personal and professional life. The actress, known for her strong performances, opened up about how she has changed over the years.

"Oh, I have evolved a lot—both professionally and personally. In my earlier, more agitated life, I struggled to manage things, but now I handle them much better. I am more sincere, disciplined, and careful, yet at the same time, more carefree as well," she shared.

Samiksha emphasizes the importance of finding balance. "I have found a balance between being careful and carefree, which allows me to shoot peacefully while also having fun, without unnecessary stress," she said.

Talking about her character in Ram Bhavan, she expressed her excitement about playing a complex role. "I play a villain who is intellectual, smart, and dominant—not someone who creates chaos mindlessly. She is very clear about what she wants and acts accordingly. I believe this adds a fresh and sophisticated perspective to female characters in general."

The actress also spoke about the evolving television industry. "Stories need to change with time to stay relevant. As humans evolve, so do stories, and people connect best with those that feel relatable," she said.

On her working experience, Samiksha praised Ram Bhavan producer Rahul Kumar Tewary. "Rahul sir ensures complete clarity in work. If any issue arises, he immediately addresses it, making the set environment very positive," she added.

For Samiksha, maintaining a happy and interactive environment is key to delivering good performances. "Since we work in an artistic field, not a corporate office, having a light and fun atmosphere is important," she said.

Her daily routine on set also reflects this energy. "I can’t do my makeup without music! I keep the vibe light and fun, and that sets the tone for my entire day on set," she concluded
