Sakshi Tanwar's SPECIAL SURPRISE in her upcoming show!

One of television's most celebrated personalities, Sakshi Tanwar has begun shooting for her next stint on the small screen. 

Her latest venture is with EPIC Channel; the widely-acclaimed infotainment channel where she hosts a unique food show. As EPIC channel has always inimitably done, the show will celebrate the diversity of the country through its festivals, cultural nuances and traditions through food. The 26-part episodic series explores the timeless concept of food for the Gods.

The show is being shot in Mumbai and is based on discovering the relevance and lesser-known, interesting tales behind the special recipes cooked on festivals and other auspicious days. Sometimes the stories are more about the special days and not so much about the food. 

In a candid, homely setup, Sakshi, with the help of an heirloom recipe book handed down to her by her mother will take audiences through novel culinary experiences, traditions, reasons, childhood memories and anecdotes by recreating dishes and delicacies that Indians cook on their festivals/special days.
