Saif Accepts being Selfish; Talks about Raising Taimur Differently than Sara and Ibrahim!

Among Bollywood stars, every member of the Pataudi family are special in their own way. They have always impressed the audience with their own specific quirks and left an imprint on their fans. While, little Taimur Ali Khan is known for his cuteness, Daddy Saif Ali Khan is known for his hard work and being the coolest dad. 

Now the actor has been gearing up for such a role in which he is forced to assume responsibility of a dad in Jawaani Jaaneman. Saif talked about fatherhood and the actor revealed how he raises Taimur, Sara Ali Khan, and Ibrahim Ali Khan.

During his conversation with Mumbai Mirror, Saif talked about the difference between raising Taimur, Sara, and Ibrahim. The 49-year-old actor mentioned the difference in him and how selfish he had been while bringing up Sara and Ibrahim. Saif accepted that he was a bit more selfish as he was trying to make a career. 

Saif said, “The difference, I suppose, is that I’m a little more patient now, whereas when Sara and Ibrahim were young, I was busy trying to build my career. And since I didn’t really know what I wanted, I was a bit more selfish when it came to giving them more time. I’m still a bit selfish with my time, but I’m much more patient than I was. When we’re in London, we go to my friend Salim’s house. Everyone’s around, including the kids, and I can just sit and watch them run around.” 

On differentiating between Taimur, Sara, and Ibrahim, Saif said, “I sometimes call Taimur Ibrahim or Sara; love is a funny thing with your children because, on one hand you can’t differentiate between them and on the other, you can’t replace one with the other.”

On the work front, Saif Ali Khan will be seen in Jawaani Jaaneman which marks the debut of Pooja Bedi’s daughter Alaya F. The film also stars Tabu and It is slated to release on January 31, 2020.
