Sai Ketan Rao: I really hope and wish that there is a second season for Mehndi Hai Rachne Waali

Mehndi Hai Rachne Waali's team wrapped up shoot for the show over a week ago and ever since, fans have been rejoicing every single episode of the show that there is. The show will air its last episode on November 27 and fans of the leading duo, Shivangi Khedkar and Sai Ketan Rao, have been in absolute awe.

India Forums spoke to Sai aka Raghav Rao a while ago where he revealed how they shot for their last scene on the sets. He told us, ''In the end, we had a cute romantic scene. The last scene for the show between Raghav and Pallavi where the former says that I will help you cook and we both tell our respective Hyderabadi and Marathi dishes, and then when I get atta, I have it all over me and my face and hair are all white (laughs). It was funny.''

Ask him if it is a happy ending for the two after all, and to that, he says, ''Yes, definitely, it is a happy ending. Let's see and I really hope and wish that there is a second season for Mehndi Hai Rachne Waali, though nothing is decided just yet, but I am just hoping that happens.''

Earlier, while talking to us, the actor also revealed how he burst into tears late night post the wrap up of shoot while talking to producer Sandiip Sikcand, who then consoled him and assured him that good things are in store for the two.
