Sai Ketan Rao: I don't feel the absence of Mehndi Hai Rachne Waali and I still get the same response

Mehndi Hai Rachne Waali on Star Plus wrapped up a couple of weeks ago, and well, fans have surely had the greatest time with everything that the show stood for. Featuring Sai Ketan Rao and Shivangi Khedkar in the lead roles, the show went off air weeks before it clocked in a year.

However, that clearly hasn't stopped the fans from making trends and well, they are celebrating their beloved SaiShi (Sai and Shivangi) as well as the show. India Forums reached out to Sai about the same and well, he has nothing but gratitude for all that he has been receiving.

Sai told us,

I really feel that though the show has gone off-air, it isn't so for the fans as they continue to make edits, trends, and put so much out there about the show. I don't feel the absence of the show and I still get the same response for the show. I am blessed with the fans and the show.

Ask him how much he misses the show, and thinks of it, he tells us,

I really miss the show, I miss the role of Raghav Rao, and I miss my mansion too. I miss each and everything and I really wish and pray that a season 2 happens in the near future as the first season had a fantastic team, and the response from the audience and for the channel was good in a short period of time. I got a massive response not just from India, but also abroad. It got dubbed in Arabic recently and I think it is going to get dubbed for Thailand too.

Well, that counts for a celebration for the fans after all? Maybe its time to urge the makers for a second season of the show already!
