'Saare kapde utaar kar lingerie mein..': Pavitra Punia reveals reason behind rejecting popular web series

Pavitra Punia, known for her stint in shows like Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, Balveer, Bigg Boss 14 and more recently revealed rejecting a lot of work last year. The Bigg Boss 14 fame reveals that she is not comfortable with exposing and wearing certain outfits onscreen and that this was one of the reasons that she rejected a popular web series last year.

Pavitra, who was a part of Splitsvilla season 3, was asked about the past few seasons of the show and the actress addressed it as 'soft porn.' Speaking to Telly Masala about the same, the actress says, ''Mere time ke season alag thhe, now it is a soft porn. Ab dekh lo utha ke. Aap maa baap ke sath beth kar Splitsvilla nahi dekh sakte aur agar aap akele dekhoge toh phir toh aap akele bhi nahi dekh sakte, phir toh koi chaiye aap ko sath mein.''

When asked if she would do the show if it was offered to her now, the actress says, ''Not at all. Agar ye kaam karne hote toh abhi tak toh main chaa jaati, kitna kaam chhodti hoon main. Abhi 2 saal pehle hi maine itna acha project chhoda tha because unka requirement tha ke sirf lingerie mein, end mein woh apne sare kapde utaar rahi hai aur mirror ke saamne khade ho kar dekh rahi hai and suddenly they added some intimate scene also. Phir main boli, nahi hoga.''

''Aise scenes kya aap apne family ke sath beth kar dekh sakte ho? Forward hojate hai. Aur jo cheez forward hojati hai iska matlab ye hai ke uski jarurat nahi hai. Aur jis chiz ki jarurat nahi hai, wo main kyun karu? Main aisa kaam kyun karu jo forward karna padd jaaye. Main chahti hoon ke aap mera kaam ghus kar dekho phir chahe wo 2 minute ka ho. Meri puri body language dekho, body mat dekho. Bina body dikhaye bhi kaam ho sakta hai. Stree dhaki huyi achi lagti hai, hai na,'' Pavitra further says.
