Roshni Chopra Replaces Monalisa in Movie Masti

As we all know that for the game show Movie Masti with Maniesh Paul, Monalisa was finalized to play the role of a seductive bhabhi. She was supposed to bring in an entertaining element and had already started shooting for the episodes. 

But after she met with an accident on the sets of Khatra Khatra Khatra, she had to leave the shoot in between. She had fractured her leg while performing one of the stunts on the show and owing to her injury she won't be able to continue with Movie Masti. 

In an interview with Bombay Times, she said that she had shot for two episodes, but the makers had to bring in another actress because of her injury. She also went on to say that there were date issues and it was difficult for her to manage three shows at one time. She said that she was looking forward to playing a bhabhi, but it was not meant to be.

Now the makers have roped in actress Roshni Chopra to replace Monalisa. She is thrilled to be a part of the show and says," Over the years, I have evolved a lot doing comedy on shows and it will be fun to work with people who I have already worked with before. I plan to bring my own talent and newness to the show rather than think that I am replacing someone.”
