Romance to brew up between Kartik & Naira in 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai'

Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has been witnessing some high voltage drama with Kartik (Mohsin Khan) and Naira's (Shivangi Joshi) separation track along with Naksh (Rishi Dev) and Keerti's (Mohena Singh Kumari) marriage. 

Adding more to the existing drama, Dadi's truth will come to fore about how it was she who locked Kartik in the room during Naksh and Keerti's marriage. As the truth gets revealed, Dadi faints and falls on the ground and out of love and respect for her, everyone at home takes care of her while Kartik and Naira spend the night there too.

The next morning, Dadi wakes up and goes back to her room. Not realizing that, Kartik tosses to the other side, and falls on the ground along with Naira. Following this, the two indulge in some romance and get all up and close.

Will the two gradually come close and forget their differences?
