Riteish Deshmukh pays tribute to late father with Genelia & family on his 79th birth anniversary

Renowned Bollywood actor Riteish Deshmukh, son of the late former Maharashtra CM Vilasrao Deshmukh, paid tribute to his father on his 79th birth anniversary today. Joined by his wife, Genelia Deshmukh, and other family members, Riteish shared heart-warming photos on social media to commemorate the occasion.

Known for his close bond with his father, Riteish posted poignant images on his Instagram handle.

The series of pictures featured the couple, their children, and other family members offering their respects. The first few photos showed Riteish and Genelia with their kids, hands folded in remembrance.

The final image included the entire Deshmukh family, with brothers Dhiraj Deshmukh and his wife Deepshikha Deshmukh, Amit Deshmukh, and others. Riteish captioned the post, "Happy Birthday Pappa," followed by three green heart emojis and the hashtag #vilasraodeshmukh.

On this special day, the family twinned in white outfits: Genelia in a white suit, Riteish in a white kurta pyjama, and their children in blue kurta pyjamas. Vilasrao Deshmukh, who served twice as the chief minister of Maharashtra, passed away on August 14, 2012, due to multiple organ failure.
