Rishina Kandhari's colorful look in 'Meri Durga'!

Rishina Kandhari, who plays Senorita Sehgal, the sexy teacher in Ravindra Gautam and Pradeep Kumar's 'Meri Durga' on Star Plus is receiving rave reviews for her saree-clad avatar.

Speaking about the same, the actress says, "I flaunt beautiful crepe and chiffon sarees in the show. The colorful background is about the fun fair sequence we are shooting for. It was a coincidence that the colour of my sari matched the backdrop. Working women who manage to watch the show say that my look is like a breath of fresh air as the sarees are their colourful best.

I have also received innumerable messages on social sites where young girls have praised me and are in awe of my look. They have been asking me about the designer who designs these beautiful sarees for me."

The buzz is that Rishina's look is similar to Sushmita Sen's from her film 'Main Hoon Na'.

On being asked about it, she winks, "The look is like Sushmita Sen and acting is like Rish (Rishina)."

"RG (Ravindra Gautam) and I are working on presenting the character as very real and relatable and not a copy of any other actor or character which has been seen before," she adds.
