The sudden death of Abir Goswami has left the Television industry stunned. The well known actor has worked in many shows on Indian
Television like Amaaji Ki Galli, Mai Teri Parchhain Hoon, Woh Rehne Waali
Mehlon Ki, Yeh Dil Chahe More, among many others. Till yesterday he was shooting for Rajshri Productions popular daily soap Pyaar Ka Dard Hai...Meetha
Meetha Pyaara Pyaara... on Star Plus, where his work was very much
appreciated by the viewers. The entire industry is in a state of shock
hearing the heart breaking news and some of his co-actors shared their grief on the sad demise.

Vahbbiz Dorabjee Dsena: I am still in a state of shock to the news that Abir Goswami is no more. He was a good friend of mine, a very nice and lively guy. Though I haven't worked with him on any of the shows on television I have seen his work as an actor and he was very good. Life is so unfair. I hope his family members have the strength to go through this phase. RIP Abir Goswami.

Priyal Gor: I am deeply saddened to hear that my Sardarji from the show Aammaji Ki Galli is no more. He was very kind, supportive and helpful and to be more precise I would say he was a gem of a person, which is very rare to be found. He treated my like his kid. Just a few days back I chatted with him on Blackberry Messenger. This news just comes as a shock to me. May his soul rest in peace.
Rakesh Paul: I had just
spoken to him last night over the phone and I never had imagined that it
would be the last time forever that I was talking to him. He was my
very good friend and I have also shared screen space with him. I
just have no words to express how I am feeling after hearing this sad
news. I pray to God to give courage to his family members in this
heart breaking situation.
Krutika Desai: It is really shocking to hear about Abir Goswami passing away. I have worked with him in the show Woh Rehne Wali Mehlon Ki, and he was a very much happy go lucky type of a guy. I have few memories of shooting together for the show too, and I cannot yet believe the news that he is no more.
May Abir Goswami's soul rest in peace!
