Ribbhu Mehra on whether he was apprehensive entering ‘Ghum Hai...’, love angle with Sai or Pakhi and more

Star Plus show ‘Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin’ is getting quite interesting with each passing episode. The current track of the show revolves around Pakhi and Sai locking horns. Sai is determined to make Pakhi follow her instruction so that her unstable pergnacy gets stable while Pakhi feels that Sai is getting bossy on her. 

Amidst the drama, as reported exclusively by India Forums, actor Ribbhu Mehra has entered the show as the new DM of the city. Ribbhu’s character and Virat will not get along together as Nikhil feels that Virat is irresponsible.

India Forums got in touch with Ribbhu and asked him about his thoughts on entering a well-established show mid-way, he quipped, “It’s not easy to join a successful show midway, as it takes more time to get comfortable with the cast and the entire team. So, I’m always a little apprehensive but a show like GHKPM makes your decision easy, as the show is being loved by so many and who would not want to be part of such a successful show? Another reason being the channel Star Plus, because my last association with them was quite exciting in ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ and I am still remembered for my character Nikhil in that show.  The production house of ‘Ghum Hai…’, Shaika Films and Cockcrow Entertainment was also one of the reasons for me to join the team as they have been making some brilliant TV shows”.

We were curious to find out if Mehra’s onscreen character will have a romantic inclination towards Sai or Pakhi. When asked about the same, Ribbhu answered, “The detailed story is still being written so it is early to comment on that but for sure viewers can expect some twists and turns which will make the show more exciting”.

Talking about the feedback from fans, Ribbhu said, “Nagpur D.M ‘s, Instagram DM is full of sweet messages. Viewers and fans are looking forward for this new twist in the story and have given me lot of luck and wishes. So far so good (smiles)”.
