Sony and DJ's Creative Unit's upcoming show Baat Humari Pakki Hai which is based on the traditional marriage structures existing in our country will witness some more talented actors playing pivotal roles in the show, to give it a complete family experience.

We had already mentioned that the lead girl Ankita Sharma's household consists of veteran actors Himani Shivpuri, Vivek Mushran and Mona Ambegaonkar.

As per the hierarchic structure maintained in the male lead Barun Sobti's family, top on the list is noted actress Renuka Israni who plays the character of male lead Shravan's (Barun Sobti) grandmother. Rishabh Shukla and Rajlaxmi play the parents of Shravan.

Renuka Israni told TellyBuzz, "I play the character of dadi (grandmother) of Shravan and my role is that of a subtle old age woman who believes that her grandson will get responsible once he gets married; so she is looking out for a suitable bride for her grandson".

When contacted, Rishabh Shukla asserted that, "Yes, I play the character of Pratap Jaiswal. My character is a very serious one who believes in maintaining strict discipline in the house and is also looked upon as a Hitler by the family members."

Apart from the above mentioned, the Jaiswal family also consists of Sandeep Rajora essaying the role of Saurabh, the eldest son as well as the husband of Sai Deodhar. Last but not the least Padam as Rajat will be the second son of the house, and husband of Mihika Verma.

When contacted Sandeep Rajora exclaimed, "Yes I play the character of the eldest son of  Jaiswal family; I work with my Dad in the Jewelers' business. I and my wife Niddhi (Sai Deodar) share a very sweet and lovely bonding and both pamper my younger brother Shravan a lot."

When asked, Deeya Singh Producer of the show explains the idea behind such a huge cast and said, "I wanted to narrate the existing marriage cultures in our country from every perspective, because finally marriage is the conjoining of two families rather than just two individuals."

The serial is scheduled to be launched on 31st May, Monday to Thursday at 8.30pm on Sony TV.
