Rasika Dugal hints at 'Mirzapur 3' release in playful Instagram video

Rasika Dugal, known for her work in both films and web series, has been a significant presence in the entertainment industry. Among her notable roles, her portrayal of Beena Tripathi in the crime drama web series, Mirzapur, has garnered considerable acclaim. As fans eagerly anticipate the third season, Dugal recently dropped a playful hint about the show via a hilarious video on social media.

On October 23rd, Rasika Dugal took to her Instagram handle to share a video clip from Mirzapur.

In the video, she reinterprets one of Beena Tripathi's iconic lines, saying, "Jaldi karenge theek hai Mirzapur 3 ka release...riks nahi le sakte (We will release Mirzapur 3 soon, can't take risks)." Her caption humorously suggests that she has relayed fans' requests to the producers, using the hashtags #OnPublicDemand and #3YearsOfMirzapur2.

Ali Fazal, who plays the role of Guddu Pandit in the series, also celebrated the third anniversary of Mirzapur Season 2 on Instagram. He posted a behind-the-scenes image featuring himself, Shweta Tripathi, and Divyendu Sharma, along with several stills from the show, marking the occasion with the hashtag #3YearsToMirzapurOnPrimeS2.

Mirzapur, an action crime web series created by Karan Anshuman and written by Anushman, Puneet Krishna, and Vineet Krishna, has been a monumental success. Produced by Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidwani, the show boasts an ensemble cast, including Pankaj Tripathi, Divyendu Sharma, Shweta Tripathi, Ali Fazal, Vikrant Massey, Shriya Pilgaonkar, Rasika Dugal, Harshita Gaur, and Kulbhushan Kharbanda. 

The first season premiered in November 2018, followed by the second season in 2020. Both the seasons, as well as the performances of the cast, have garnered critical acclaim. The series has been renewed for a highly anticipated third season.
