Ranveer Singh turns 30 today!

The talented, charming, handsome and energetic actor of Bollywood turned 30 today. Though he had done only a few movies but he is already among the A-listers! He made his debut in Band Baaja Baraat opposite Anushka Sharma, critically acclaimed and a commercial hit. He won Filmfare Best male debut for Band Baaja Baraat.

Ranveer is the maternal cousin of Sonam and Rhea Kapoor got his Bachelor of Arts degree from Indiana University, United States. He was called by Shanoo Sharma, casting director of YRF for the role of Bitto Sharma in Band Baaja Baraat and after Aditya Chopra watched the audition tapes of Ranveer, he was convinced!

This was a big break for him and after that he went on gaining praises and awards. He never fails to make an impression of himself on whoever he meets. After Ramleela, he has been in constant controversy about being in an alleged relationship with Deepika.

His last movie Dil Dhadakne Do was an average hit. He will be seen next in Bajirao Mastani, a period drama, starring Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone.
