Rani Mukerji's direct reply on Padmvati's controversy.

Film "Padmavati" has been in a prolonged controversy. The movie was slated to release on 1st December then the makers had to postpone  the movie on account of protest and ire they were facing.

Director Sanjay Leela Bhansali and lead actors have been receiving threats, and the protesters had put rewards on their heads.

In this, many celebrities from Bollywood industry have come forward in support of the film. They believe in their freedom of expression, so does Rani Mukerji. 

Rani has been always straight forward about her statement. Recently when she was asked about the controversy, she boldly said, "Sanjay Leela Bhansali doesn't need a Rani Mukerji to back him on a platform like this. Sanjay truly believes how much I love  him and how I stand by him."
