Rajshree Thakur on how working hours much better now & there is a better system

It is no secret to anyone how taxing can the working hours in the small screen can industry can get. Time and again, we hear stories from multiple actors and otherwise as to how the working hours are not just demanding but at times, almost inhumane.

Actor Rajshree Thakur, who was last seen in the Star Plus show Shaadi Mubarak in 2020, in fact, quit the show after merely being in the show for a few months owing to the same reason- hectic schedule and long working hours. But now, the actor is back as we know, in the form of the show, Apnapan...Badalte Rishton Ka Bandhan.

So has things hanged now which led Thakur to be back. Talking about it she said that when she was doing Shaadi Mubarak, it were the times of pandemic and her daughter was much younger. Hence, at that point, the schedule was very hectic and she didn't have proper house help. Hence, she quit the show because her family needed her. Now, everything is different and things are smoother where she can balance both work and family.

Talking about those hectic working hours, she said that earlier it used to be hectic plus no fixed amount of working hours. Owing to that one had to put in more time as things weren't systematic. But in these past year or two, things are much more prepped and systematic when she goes out to shoot on the set. She concluded telling that when work hours are fixed, she can focus on her work as well as family.
