Veteran actor Rajesh Jais who is presently essaying the role of the male protagonist's mama in Star Plus' Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon? has bagged yet another pivotal role in Star Plus' upcoming show 'Jaltey Hai Jiske Liye', produced by BAG Films.TellyBuzz has earlier reported about Vandana Joshi and newcomer Kaamna Ranawat playing the female leads. Sonal Jha will be playing their mother. The latest is that Rajesh Jais has been roped in to play father to the girls.
Our source tells us, "The first outdoor shoot for the show took place recently in Bhopal and Panchmadi. The regular shoot for the show is expected to start from the first week of August. Rajesh Jais will be playing a simple guy from a small town who struggles a lot to meet the demands of his family, comprising of his wife and two daughters".
We tried talking to Rajesh, but he remained unavailable for comments.
Jaltey Hai Jiske Liye has Zubeida fame Rahul Singh as the male lead.
The show is expected to launch in September.

rajesh jais is a very versatile, seasoned & low profile actor from NSD.watched him in comedy,negative,positive & many other shades so convincingly done by him & never stuck to only comedy unlike his well established contemporaries.best f luck to him!

exactly.. his absence wont make much diff in ipkknd. they only hav to show that he left mami, cuz hez unable to bear her which actually makes sense

I'm confused. Is he leaving IPKKND or is he going to be working for both? I wonder if it will matter because his character in IPKKND is nearly invisible and is taken over by Mami who keeps saying "hello hi bye bye" to her own husband over n over too.
