Rabb Se Hai Dua: Aditi Sharma shares her experience of shooting with a baby bump

Zee TV's Rabb Se Hai Dua has made its way into the audience's hearts with its differentiated narrative about a woman questioning her husband’s request for a second marriage. With an engaging storyline and strong characters such as Dua (Aditi Sharma), Haider (Karanvir Sharma), and Ghazal (Richa Rathore) the show has kept the viewers on the edge of their seats. In the recent episodes, viewers were in for a visual treat with Haider’s sister Kayanat (Saarvie Omana) at Hafiz’s (Lokit Phulwani) wedding, and the recreation of Dua and Haider’s wedding along with the incident where Ghazal tried to kill Haider’s mother Heena (Nishigandha Wad). This leads to Heena finally getting her memory back and asking to call for the police to arrest Ghazal. Meanwhile, after a lot of ups and downs in their relationship, Dua and Haider decide to take their marriage to the next level by getting pregnant. And by God's grace, their wish comes true.

In the upcoming episodes, the show will take a short seven-month leap where the Akhtar family will be seen hosting a baby shower for Dua, who is pregnant by seven months. The twist in the tale is when Ghazal makes a grand entry stating that she is also pregnant with Haider’s child. While viewers will get to watch high-octane drama in the forthcoming episodes, Aditi Sharma is leaving no stone unturned to do justice to her role of playing a pregnant woman in the show. She has been shooting with a prosthetic baby bump which is a completely new experience for the actor.

Aditi Sharma said, “This is the third time I am shooting with a baby bump as Dua is seven- months pregnant in the show. But this time, the experience was very different from the last two times. To be honest, it is very challenging to shoot with a prosthetic baby bump and move around with the added weight. I can only imagine how much more gruelling those 9 months must be in a woman’s life, of course it comes with a lot of hope and excitement but hats off to women for being able to go through this phase with positivity.”

While Aditi’s experience of shooting as a pregnant Dua is surreal, it will be interesting for the viewers to witness what will be the next step of the Akhtar family after knowing that Ghazal is also pregnant with Haider’s baby. What will Dua and Haider do now? Is Ghazal being truthful?
