Not every actor is as lucky as Kunal Bakshi. It's been just a week that the popular mythological drama Karmphaldata Shani, produced by Swastik Productions, went off-air and Kunal has already bagged a new show. Kunal who was seen playing the role of Indradev in Karamphaldata Shani, is now portraying a key role of Andhak in Mahakaali: Anth Hi Aarambh Hai produced by Siddharth Kumar Tewary. Andhak is the son of Shiva (Sourabh Raaj Jain) and Parvati (Pooja Sharma), who is blind and has immense love and respect for his mother.

When asked, Kunal says,"I am extremely lucky to get the role of Andhak in Mahakaali. For the first time in my career, I will be playing the character of a blind person. It is very challenging and tough. I had no time to prepare but I guess TV actors have to be flexible. One thing which I am focusing on is my eyes. I can't even blink my eyes as it will show my lack of confidence."

Aandhak is a big devotee of his mother. For her happiness, he can even destroy the world. Because of his negative traits, Andhak was sent to Gurukul to get good education and now he is returning from there as the grown up Andhak.

Kunal also adds,"It's been six days that I am shooting for Mahakaali. The other day, I was shooting on the set of Shani and both Pooja Sharma and Sourabh Raj Jain were asking me how does it feel to shoot on the same set but for a different show and a new character. The feeling was surreal."
