"I would rather adopt a child whenever I want to become a mother," says Aishwarya Sakhuja

And, she has a valid point to make.

So many orphans out there, on the streets and in the orphanages; anyone, who can do anything for them, in anyway, is their saviour. And, families and couples that decide to adopt these kids come across as a blessing to them.

Aishwarya Sakhuja, currently seen in Trideviyaan and Sarabhai vs Sarabhai: Take 2 is a strong independent married woman with even stronger opinions. And, in one of her recent chats with India-Forums, when we asked her about having kids, she told us how she wishes to adopt a child.

She said, "Whenever I think about having a child, I am going to adopt one. I don't want to sound like Mother Teresa here, but I think that whenever I plan to have a baby, I would want to give all the privileges to a life that is already there on Earth and is deprived to him/her."

"Indian families have a thought of their own and I am sure my parents won't be in my favour and agree at once, but I will convince them to side with me. I don't know if it'll ever happen, but if it does, that is going to be my first instinct," she added.

She sure does talk sense, doesn't she?

WOW!! My thoughts are so similar to hers regarding this and I too know its a difficult process to make our families consent to such ideas or new outlook towards life.
