"I told my mom to think that I am going to a camp" - Digangana Suryavanshi #BB9

TellyBuzz in conversation with Veera fame Digangana Suryavanshi who is going to be a contestant of Colors' popular reality show Bigg Boss 9... #BB9

Digangana Suryavanshi at a Charity Event

Pretty and popular actress Digangana Suryavanshi, who rose to fame with her show Veera, is going to be the youngest contestant inside the house in the current season of Colors' popular reality show Bigg Boss 9- Double Trouble.

In a conversation with TellyBuzz, Digangana shared more about her reason to opt for the show, her expectations, her preparations and much more. Read on to know what she shared...

What made you opt for the show at such a young age?

The format of the show, which is very interesting made me opt for it! I think its going to be an experience for me at the age of 18 which most people get when they at the age of 40-45. There are somethings which you get to learn on your own so I think that its going to be a learning experience for me and I am pretty excited about that.

Was it easy for you to convince your parents for taking part in the show?

It was not at all easy for any of us to accept the fact that I am entering the house. My Mom kept asking me again and again whether I am really going to be part of the house and I used to tell her that Mom we just discussed about this. I told my mom to think that I am going to a camp (laughs).

How has been their reaction now?

They know me well and are happy that through this show I will be learning to be independent inside the house.

You must be aware of all the fights and controversies that take place inside the house? How well are you prepared to face all that?

I don't think that I will be involved in all that. I am just going to be myself and that's going to be the coolest part of it. These days people have so many things to hide and so many things to portray and I can't do that. I going to be the youngest one out there and just going to be the way I am. I don't like fights and I don't involve myself in that. So I am going to take my own decisions and tackle the situations accordingly.

How are you going to face the leg pulling and the comments by Salman Khan?

That's going to be the fun part of the show and I am going to be cool with that.

Have you followed the show before?

I have watched the first season religiously and the rest I have been watching on and off.

What are you expecting from your Bigg Boss journey?

People would get to know me better and understand me as a person. I am different in my own way and I am really expecting people to find out about it.

How has been the reaction from your industry friends?

Shagufta Ji (Shagufta Ali), my friends Shashank Vyas, Vishal Singh and a lot of other friends of mine have wished me good luck for the show.

How did your fans react? Any message for them?

They have been messaging me out of concern that why am I going there and I should not be doing this. I think when they watch the first episode, they will be cool with it. They are so worried for me and feel I should not cry or break down. I will make all of them proud.
