Fitness means to remain healthy.

What efforts do you take to stay in shape?

I try to eat proper diet and maintain the same. I also run on the Tread Mill in the morning.

Are you conscious about your food choices?

No I am not conscious about my food choices because I am not very foodie so I do not experiment with food. So I eat my regular diet and maintain myself.

Do you take protein supplements?

No not at all.

Is there any sport you are skilled at?

I have played basketball for 5 years.

There is secret.
