"I always wanted to work beyond my comfort level." - Ankit Mohan

Having started his career with MTV Roadies season 4, Ankit Mohan has come a long way in his career featuring in television shows like, Shobha Somnath Ki on Zee TV and Mahabharat on Star Plus to name a few. While the actor is currently seen in Kumkum Bhagya, we speak to him about his aspirations in the industry and his inclination towards acting.

Ankit said, "I feel lucky to be a part of larger than life projects like Mahabharat which happens once in a lifetime in an actor's life. I will always cherish those moments. My character in Kumkum Bhagya is something I was always keen on experimenting with and I am having a great time working with talented actors."

Speaking about the roles that interest him, Ankit mentioned of how a strong character with substance is what matters to him more than playing a lead with cliched drama revolving around him.

He quipped, "I recently took up a role for &TV's Begusarai and the character I played was very strong. The thing is I always wanted to work beyond my comfort level. I want to take up a challenging role because I always wanted to be known as versatile performer."
