Supernatural shows are currently ruling small screen. After the success of Naagin 3, the makers are constantly churning one supernatural shows after the other. At one point, the makers were obsessed with saas-bahu sagas and now, supernatural is the new in-thing. After launching Daayan, the channel is all set to bring another supernatural show. But this time it is a unique love triangle starring Anjali Priya, Aditi Rawat, Avinash Sachdev in pivotal roles.

What is the promo about?

The promo starts with a setup of a Rajasthani market and slowly takes the viewer to a temple where a girl (Aditi Rawat) is wishing for something from the God. Soon she closes her eyes and starts going somewhere.

Slowly it is revealed that her name is Vaidehi and she is madly in love with Madhav (Avinash Sachdev). After tripping with some people, she finally reaches to Madhav. He is seen looking towards a photo frame and we can guess she is someone close to him.

Interestingly, the same girl is standing behind Madhav. Vaidehi sees Madhav and walks through the girl. She trips and falls on the lap of Madhav. It is revealed the girl is Chitra (Anjali Priya) and she is Madhav's wife who has died. But her soul is still attached to Madhav.

What we liked?

While every supernatural story has something dark, this show features the element of super naturalism in a positive light of emotions. The promo gave a feel that unlike other shows, the supernaturalism won't play a major role in it. The story is all about emotions and the dilemma of getting torn between duty and love.

What we didn't like?

Frankly, the show seems interesting. And nothing disappointed me in this short promo...

Verdict : It is a unique concept and can be a treat to watch. Until obviously the makers maintain the uniqueness and not indulge in something else.
