This season is full of new shows and series with varied subjects and strong storylines. Amidst this, And TV too is gearing up for the release of their upcoming comedy show, Naaye Shaadi Ke Siyape. This show is the second season of Sheen Dass, Bhavya Gandhi and Rahul Singh starrer Shaadi Ke Siyape. Unlike the last season that had alien drama, this season will have a blend of Bollywood blockbusters, Bunty aur Babli and Band Baaja Baaraat.
This season has a fresh cast starring actors Vipul Roy, Neha Bagga and Shahbaz Khan in the lead roles. They will con people in the disguise of wedding planners. Some time back, And TV released the trailer of the show and it reveals several aspects of the show including the new things that the season will have in store for the audience.
Even though, the trailer is crisp enough it has made some revelations about the show. The makers have tried catering to all sorts of characters and shown a broader perspective of marriage that doesn’t see caste, race, gender, body shape, colour of the skin or even special ability for that matter.
The trailer begins with Vipul, Neha and Shahbaz’s characters entering from a car where Shahbaz is seen marketing marriages in a street seller’s style who markets all the products that he has. Vipul and Neha are seen introducing people with different qualities and with funny punch lines and dialogues and with that the trailer comes to an end.
The eye catching point in the trailer was a transgender woman asking about marriage, and we appreciate the makers for highlighting this social issue. Vipul and Neha are quite popular for their comedy and they are looking fab in the trailer. Shahbaz who is known for playing strong negative roles is also grabbing eyeballs with his comic stint.
Overall, we feel this season is different from the previous one and has been neatly flavoured with various twists and relatable characters.
