Pratigya to now fight for Kesar's cause..

Star Plus' Mann Ki Awaaz Pratigya will now focus on the issue of ill treatment that is bestowed on a dark complexioned girl. Yes, we are talking of the elder daughter-in-law of the Krishna (Arhaan Behll) household, Kesar (Kalpana Bora) who is being tortured by her husband Shakti Singh (Jaswant Manaria).

For the uninitiated, Kesar has been tagged as the lady who is incapable of giving birth to a kid, but the fact remains that her husband does not want her to mother his kid, for the simple fact that she has a dark complexion and is not good-looking.

According to our source, "Kesar is pregnant now, and as always Shakti Singh will take the decision of aborting the kid without his family's knowledge. Earlier she had got pregnant thrice, but Shakti had got her kid aborted".

But this pregnancy of hers will not end abruptly, as Kesar will get the confidence of fighting for the life of her unborn kid.

"Pratigya (Pooja Gor) will find out once she is back home from her honeymoon, that Kesar is not keeping well. When she tries to probe further, Kesar who is close to Pratigya reveals to her that she is pregnant. She speaks her heart out and talks about the atrocities that she has gone thro' in the house. Pratigya will now stand up for Kesar and will push Kesar to fight with her husband for her kid. Eventually, the truth of Kesar being pregnant will reach Sajjan Singh (Anupam Shyam). He will also get to know what Shakti has been up to", informs our source.

When contacted, Kalpana Bora aka Kesar told us, "Yes, it is true that Kesar will gather all the courage to put her foot down, and fight for her unborn kid. Pratigya will help her in this battle".

Pooja Gor too confirmed the same and said, "Pratigya is now out on her honeymoon. But once she gets back, there is some big drama to take place. She will get to know of Kesar's plight and will try to give her all the confidence".

It is now to be seen how Sajjan Singh will react, once he gets to know that it is his own son who stands as a hurdle to the family getting a rightful heir
