Prateik Babbar on having back-to-back projects & being a workaholic

Actor Prateik Babbar has witnessed quite an interesting journey in the entertainment industry so far. Beginning on a high over a decade ago, he faced quite a lull in the mid years but it seems, once again, he is busier than ever and has more projects he is working on than ever.

Fighting through the pandemic just like all of us, Babbar made his Tamil debut with the Rajnikanth starrer Darbar back in 2020 followed by the ensemble cast led Mumbai Saga in 2021 and then MX Original series, Chakravyuh. Last seen in the web show, Hiccups & Hookups, Babbar is all set to have another important role to play in Bachchhan Paandey that is set for release next week.

Talking about it, Babbar said, “I was busy working on Bachchhan Paandey. I will get busy promoting it. I also shot for Madhur Bhandarkar’s film India Lockdown. As the title suggests, it’s about India in the state of a lockdown. Then I was also working with Taapsee Pannu and Pratik Gandhi on Woh Ladki Hai Kahan in which we all are parallel leads.”

Talking about working on back-to-back projects, he said, “I am totally enjoying this phase. After all, I am an absolute workaholic.” Ask him isn’t he missing spending long hours working out in the gym and he signs off saying, “I love fitness and I manage to take time out for that too.”
