Having created a mark with strong, fearless characters, Zindagi is set to showcase shows including Meri Jaan Hai Tu, Digest Writer, Mann Mayal, Behadd (teleplay), Dumpukht Aatish-e-Ishq and more that inspire audiences with their powerful narratives. With characters that are not only resilient but also resonate with the audiences, and redefine stories that break away from the conventional norms, Zindagi brings line-up of shows that feature its leading ladies this month across its DTH services on Tata Play, Dish TV and D2H.

The line-up for September includes Meri Jaan Hain Tu starting 2nd September at 8.30pm, starring the talented divas Sarwat Gilani and Sanam Saeed who are well known for their versatility and acting prowess in Qatil Haseenaon Ke Naam and Churails. Directed by Mehreen Jabbar, the show circles around the lives of Haniya (played by Sarwat Gilani and Ibad and their quest to win back their families' love. 

Sharing her excitement about the show launching on Indian TV screens, Sarwat Gilani said, “Meri Jaan Hain Tu is more than just a tale of love. It is a story about family and loss. The show perfectly captures the essence of life and all that it brings with it. Even today, I recieve a lot of love and appreciation for my character Haniya and for the story of the show. It is one of those characters that I will never forget. I hope my Indian viewers appreciate me as Haniya and enjoy this saga as much as they have enjoyed my characters in Churails and Qatil Haseenaon Ke Naam.”

Viewers will also get to indulge themselves with more entertainment as Zindagi brings to the screens Behadd on 11th September at 8pm. Starring Fawad Khan and Sajal Aly - among Zindagi’s most loved talent, the teleplay sheds light on the dynamics of parent and child relationship.  Starring Maya Ali and Hamza Ali Abbasi, viewers will get a chance to revisit a tale of love as Zindagi brings back Mann Mayal to the TV screens on 19th September at 5:30pm. 

Adding to the eclectic lineup, Zindagi will also launch Digest Writer starting 14th September at 8:30pm that is centred around the life of an aspiring writer, Farida portrayed by Hindi Medium fame actor Saba Qamar. Talking about her show Digest Writer, actor Saba Qamar said, “Digest writer is a story of a young girl who dared to dream. She is passionate, determined and courageous and nothing can stop her from achieving her goals. I feel grateful to have had the opportunity to be a part of such a unique story. Stories with strong and fearless characters is the need of the hour and kudos to Zindagi for giving the audiences just that.”
