Indian cricketer Suresh Raina, who will be the first sports personality to appear in the second season of the talk show "The Anupam Kher Show - Kucch Bhi Ho Sakta Hai" talks about his hostel experience in Lucknow.

The Cricketing legend, Suresh Raina has been one of the most foremost stars of the game while in a conversation with Anupam Kher on his show, the cricketer shared as to how he got ragged to a great extent.

It was in 1998, when he went to a boarding school in Lucknow, he faced a lot of difficulties there. He had never even travelled from Muraad Nagar to Ghaziabad and living alone in Lucknow was a very big step for him. In that hostel a few seniors ragged him to an extent where they made him wash clothes at 2 a.m. in the night and then had to wake up at 5 a.m. for practice. He got so scared of his seniors that they might beat him, he left the hostel and went home for 2 months saying he is not well.

However, once when he went for a walk with his elder brother, he confessed the real reason for him coming back home. It was then when his brother explained their father's financial problems. After knowing everything Suresh went back to College and excelled in his game. He then never looked back.

Along with this he also states about the 2011 World Cup winning captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni that he consider him as his "inspiration" for staying happy.

The Indian Cricketer Suresh Raina said in a statement, "I have learnt to stay happy in my teams happiness from Dhoni. When Dhoni's baby was about to be born I asked him why he wasn't going, he told the country comes first for him. If you are under pressure and you talk to him, he will calm you down. If you have such inspiration in life then you don't need any other motivation."
