'Pinjara Khoobsurti Ka' to take a leap; Saee Rewadikar to play Mayura's daughter

It wouldn't be unfair to say that one of the boldest shows currently on the small screen is the Colors daily, Pinjara Khoobsurti Ka. Tackling the concept of the perception of conventional beauty, the show has witnessed quite a lot of developments in the recent track too. The current track of the show revolves around Mayura planning to elope along with her daughter Tara because of Omkar’s possessive and obsessive behaviour. 

Omkar asked Mayura to get a surgery performed on her face so that their daughter Tara wouldn’t be petrified on seeing the scar on her mother’s face. Mayura lied to the family and covered the scar with make-up. She along with her maternal family decided to escape from the city along with Tara so that the young baby can grow in a positive atmosphere and won’t be subject to restrictions that she faced in her in-laws house.

Following this track, the show will be headed for a five year leap and hence Tara will be shown as a five-year old child. Child artist Saee Rewadikar has been roped in to play that character.

Following one of the oldest tricks in the book, it is said that post this leap, Mayura and Omkar will be shown as separated.
