Pankhuri Awasthy talks about 'Kya Qusoor Hai Amala Ka?' completing ONE year

The memories of the show are still fresh and vibrant for the actress.

Last year, Star Plus took the plunge by re-introducing its former successful Dopahar (afternoon) slot.

Following which, the channel did not just launch one or two, but four major shows which included Kya Qusoor Hai Amala Ka?, Dhhai Kilo Prem, Ek Aastha Aisi Bhee and Tu Sooraj Main Saanjh Piyaji.

Later, programming changed and soon, Love Ka Hai Intezaar joined the Dopahar brigade, while Tu Sooraj Main Saanjh Piyaji was shifted to the evening slot replacing Saath Nibhana Saathiya.

But, unfortunately, the Dopahar idea didn't yield any fruits and the next thing we knew, all the four shows were shut down, thus getting rid of the Dopahar programming altogether.

However, at times, it doesn't matter, how successful the show was, but the impact created on the viewers and the beautiful journey of the show is what truly counts at the core.

And similar has been the case of Kya Qusoor Hai Amala Ka? where none other than the leading actress of the show, Pankhuri Awasthy agrees.
