Pankaj Vishnu to quit Yeh Vaada Raha, post leap!

The actor will soon be bidding adieu to the popular Zee show.

Actor Pankaj Vishnu will soon be quitting Zee TV's show Yeh Vaada Raha. The show is all set to take a seven years leap.

While most of the other actors of the show have chosen to stay back, Pankaj, not wanting to play grandpa on the show, has called it quits. It's surprising that the young leads Sonal and Ankush have agreed to play parents but Pankaj has refused to play the role of a grandfather.

Said Pankaj,"Yeah ! They are taking a 7 years leap. Also, my character wont have much to do. And Shrikant Mohite will turn grand father as Survi's daughter will turn 7 years. I spoke to the production house and amicably we agreed that it is time for Shrikant to exit."

He also added, "Also I won't be comfortable playing a grand father at this stage."

We had recently reported the new look of our leads after the leap. The story line will now focus on how Survi and Karthik continue to lead their lives after separating from each other.
