Pallavi Gupta to enter Star Plus' Mitwa..

Pallavi Gupta who was last seen essaying the role of Sapna in Sony's Hum Ladkiyaan will soon be entering Star Plus' Mitwa Phool Kamal Ke, produced by BAG Films. The show which has recently taken a leap will slowly witness the love story of the lead protagonists Bela (Tanvi Bhatia) and Birju (Mohit Malhotra).

According to our source, "Pallavi will be playing the childhood friend of Birju. She is a very bubbly, fun loving and talkative girl; her character is similar to Hema Malini's popular character of Basanti in the movie Sholay. There is every chance that the girl later falls in love with Birju, but nothing is decided on the story line as of now".

"As Basanti, this character is also heroic and Pallavi's entry scene will see her performing some stunts. Her entry will be aired in Monday's episode", adds our source.

When contacted, Pallavi said, "I cannot divulge any info on this".

We tried calling Nilanjana Puryakastha, Business Head, BAG Films, but she too remained unavailable for comments.
