Palak Sidhwani to Replace Nidhi Bhanushali in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah!

SAB TV’s Taarak Mehta is currently the longest-running shows on Television. The show produced by Asit Kumarr Modi has a huge fan base, many actors from the show came into limelight after Taarak Mehta. Recently, the makers have been hunting for a new Sonu and finally, the search is over as actress Palak Sidhwani is all set to step into Nidhi Bhanushali’s shoes.

Earlier, actress Jinal Jain was also part of the race. However, the makers finalized newbie Palak Sidhwani for the role. After Nidhi decided to quit the show in order to pursue higher education, her character was shown leaving Mumbai for higher studies. Now, Palak will take charge as Sonu and she’ll be seen returning to Mumbai.

Palak was last seen in Ronit Roy and Tisca Chopra starrer Hostages and has appeared in a few ad commercials.

Also, there have been various speculations about actress Disha Vakani’s comeback in the show. However, Producer Asit Modi has not yet found the perfect Dayaben to replace Disha.
