Oscar Nominations 2021: Priyanka Chopra’s 'The White Tiger' gets a nod; Check out the entire list!

The Oscar nominations are finally out and unlike most of the award ceremonies, even the 93rd annual Academy Awards have taken a virtual route. Priyanka Chopra and her husband Nick Jonas, on Monday, announced the nominations for Oscar 2021 and Netflix's Mank is leading with 10 nods. The nominations were announced in a total of 23 categories.

‘The Father,’ ‘Judas and the Black Messiah,’ ‘Mank,’ ‘Minari,’ ‘Nomadland,’ ‘Promising Young Woman,’ ‘Sound of Metal’ and ‘The Trial of the Chicago 7’ are competing in the Best Picture category.

David Fincher’s movie Mank scored maximum nods, out of ten. Sound of Metal, Minari, Judas and the Black Messiah, The Trial of the Chicago 7, Nomadland and The Father tied on six nominations.

For the uninitiated, this year’s Oscars was scheduled to be hosted in Hollywood, Los Angeles, California, on April 25, 2021, two months later than originally planned, due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on cinema.
