Freak accidents happen on every show's sets. While some escape with minor scratches and bruises, some are not so lucky.
And falling under this 'unlucky' category is the female lead of Saath Nibhana Saathiya, Devoleena Bhattacharjee who plays Gopi in the show.
Devoleena had injured her back on the sets of the show 2 years ago. And after a delay so long, the actress got herself operated for the same today.
The actress is admitted to Nanavati Hospital (Mumbai) and is recuperating.
