Nushratt Bharucha,is currently on a promotional spree for her upcoming film. The actress who is starring in the forthcoming comedy-drama 'Janhit Mein Jaari,' which tackles the problem of birth control and condom taboos, says she has a plan to promote content-driven films.

The Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety actress was asked about her ideas on picking such films during an interactive session with the media at the trailer premiere of 'Janhit Mein Jaari.'

Nushratt told the media, "Content-driven cinema is a byproduct of my success. I was one of those young people who entered to the film industry with no prior experience and got cast in the superhit 'Pyaar Ka Panchnama.' I am who I am now because of the audience and outstanding material. Of course, I'm here to promote content-driven films and tales that appeal to a broad audience."

For the unversed Nushrratt plays the role of a condom salesgirl in the film. The salesgirl adds a twist to the story, which is set in a tiny village.

Talking about the flick written by Raaj Shaandaliyaa, the Pyaar ka Panchanama actress said, "I was blown away,I was eager to portray the part because I have a grasp of Raaj's vision, because I had previously worked with him on 'Dream Girls.'" It was difficult since this girl speaks quickly and is from a tiny village, but I am from Mumbai."

On June 10, the film 'Janhit Mein Jaari,' starring Anud Singh Dhaka, Paritosh Tripathi, and Vijay Raaz, will be released in theatres.
