Nishigandha Wad to be featured in 'In The Name of Tai'

Nishigandha Wad, who is currently seen playing the character of Prem's mother in Colors' Sasural Simar Ka has done a Hindi feature film named 'In The Name of Tai.' The story of the movie will revolve around an educated village woman who is respectfully called Tai. The movie will show the struggling phase of Tai who has taken a step to eradicate an ill practice from the society.

Tellybuzz spoke to Nishigandha, who said, "I am playing the role of Tai in the movie and it was a pleasure to be a part of this movie. It was a dream project of Mr. Ujjwal V. Thengdi and it was a very nice experience for me to be a part of this movie. The movie will keep the audience inquisitive about what will happen when a straight forward person will enter into the world of politics and how she will move forward besides getting threatened by people. We hope that the audience will appreciate it. The movie is expected to be release on 12^th October."
